1. What Pluspunkt is

Pluspunkt is a free app for two adults in a relationship. You give each other plus and minus points and green and red flags, plan dates and share photos, videos and comments. All content is visible only to the two members of a couple.

2. Account and recovery code

The app creates an anonymous account without an email address. The recovery code shown when you create it is the only way back into your account. Keep it safe; we cannot recover it. If it is lost, your partner can invite you again and the shared content is preserved.

3. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Your content

Your content belongs to you. You grant us only the right to store it and show it to your partner so that the app works. We do not analyse or share content.

5. Prohibited use

Illegal, abusive, threatening or otherwise objectionable content is not allowed, nor is content that infringes the rights of others or any automated mass sign-up. We may remove such content and block or delete accounts. Reports: see the imprint.

6. Ending

You can leave your couple at any time in Settings (your partner then loses all access to you) and delete your account at any time. Deletion immediately removes your name, avatar, sessions and notification registrations; the shared content stays with the remaining member until they leave too.

7. Availability and liability

Pluspunkt is a free hobby project. We try to keep it available and backed up but give no guarantee of availability, correctness or data retention. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence where the law allows. Export important memories regularly (PDF/JSON export in Settings).

8. Changes, law

We may update these terms and will inform you in the app. German law applies.
